ARTWORK & PRINTS

E. Puckett Art partners with third-party production companies to create quality products of your choice.  The shipping process varies dependent upon the type of item(s) selected (i.e., originals, prints, commissioned art).  All artwork is shipped with appropriate protective covering and through USPS. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent to the email you provided once your order is shipped. The expected time frame is listed below for review: 

General Time Frame ( Production and Shipment )

  • Originals: 5-7 Business Days
  • Prints: 8-13 Business Days
  • Commissions: Varies (will discuss upon receipt of your request)

 

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

The time needed to prep and ship apparel & accessory orders varies. All items are shipped with appropriate protective covering and through USPS. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent to the email you provided once your order is shipped. The expected time frame is listed below for review: 

General Time Frame ( Production and Shipment )

  • Apparel (i.e., printed t-shirts, hoodies, etc): 5-7 Business Days
  • Accessories (i.e., pre-designed bags, jewelry, etc.): 5-7 Business Days
  • Customized Wearable Art: Varies (will discuss upon receipt of your request)

RETURNS FOR ARTWORK & PRINTS

E. Puckett Art is dedicated to making sure that each supporter is satisfied with their purchase(s). If you are not pleased with your artwork &/or print purchase(s) from www.epuckettart.com, simply contact epuckettart@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt and E. Puckett Art  will give you a refund or credit, upon receipt & review of the artwork &/or prints. In addition to this "14-day Satisfaction Guarantee," E. Puckett Art is covered by a limited warranty.

* Only purchases made directly from www.epuckettart.com qualify for the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. For all other purchases, please contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.

 

RETURNS FOR APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

Due to the intimate nature of apparel and accessories, returns for such purchases will only be permissible in light of  quality-related issues &/or damage occurring prior to or during shipping.

If there are quality-related issues with your order, or your purchase is damaged due to shipping or error in production, E. Puckett Art must be notified via email (epuckettart@gmail.com) within 7 days of receipt. Such notifications must specify in detail the quality-related &/or damage issue you believe has occurred.

E. Puckett Art will review the claim and issue a refund or credit where the quality issue &/or damage is not due to an alteration and is not de minimis (minor). Please note E. Puckett Art has the sole discretion to determine whether a quality-related issue is de minimis.
